Group Course: Mindfulness Meditation for Therapists
As a therapist, you know that mindfulness meditation is a proven way to treat anxiety and depression. You may have recommended it to your clients, and seen them improve. Having your own practice can improve your life, too - reducing stress and decreasing the likelihood of burnout - and your work with clients, too.
Each group is 50 minutes in length and includes a topic, discussion, and group meditation. You’ll each receive physical materials prior to the group and weekly topical emails to continue your practice. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a recording of the weekly topic, so you won’t miss a thing! 8 Week Course.
