Group Course: Mindfulness Meditation for Insight & Grounding

Maybe you have some experience meditating or some sort of near-daily practice. Or you’d like to go beyond the basics and learn various types of meditation. In this 8 week course, we’ll spend time diving deeper into a variety of meditation practices and learn a little bit about their historical significance along the way. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of meditation and the myriad benefits it can bring to your life. Each group is 90 minutes in length and includes a topic, discussion, and group meditation. You’ll each receive physical materials prior to the group and weekly topical emails to continue your practice. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a recording of the weekly topic, so you won’t miss a thing!
