Group Course: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Want to learn more about mindfulness meditation? Have you tried meditating but find it difficult to get into the habit on your own? This 8 week beginner course will help you realize the health and wellness benefits of meditation and develop a daily practice in a supportive, group environment. Learn the basics, and beyond. Each group is 90 minutes in length and includes a topic, discussion, and group meditation. You’ll each receive physical materials prior to the group and weekly topical emails to continue your practice. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a recording of the weekly topic, so you won’t miss a thing!
Fall 2024: begins October, mix of in-person and Zoom
