Group Course: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Want to learn more about mindfulness meditation? Have you tried meditating but find it difficult to get into the habit on your own? This beginner course will help you realize the health and wellness benefits of meditation and develop a daily practice in a supportive, group environment. Learn the basics, and beyond. Each group is 90 minutes in length and includes a topic, discussion, and group meditation. You’ll each receive physical materials prior to the group and weekly topical emails to continue your practice. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a recording of the weekly topic, so you won’t miss a thing. 8 week course.
