Enneagram: What Understanding Your Type Can Offer You
The Enneagram is a powerful framework for growth and transformation. In this interactive workshop, we’ll introduce foundational concepts of the Enneagram and deepen self-awareness. Each participant will engage in a brief assessment to discover their Enneagram type and reflect on how to apply insights from the Enneagram for personal growth. Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning.

Enneagram: Understanding Your Center
In this workshop, we’ll explore Centers Work as part of the Enneagram. If they haven’t done so already, each participant will engage in a brief assessment to discover their Enneagram type. Then we’ll explore the meaning of the Head, Heart and Belly Centers and identify our Dominant Centers based on our Enneagram type. We’ll also reflect on how to bring our centers into greater alignment and lean into connection with all of our ways of being. Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning.

If they haven’t done so already, each participant will engage in a brief assessment to discover their Enneagram type. Then we’ll explore both the healthy and unhealthy expressions of our Enneagram type and reflect on how to orient toward growth and living into our gifts. Participants will receive resources to support their continued learning.

Being Right Where You Are: An Antidote to Stress & Suffering
So often, when we experience hardship, we focus on outside actions we can take to avoid the pain of the stress and suffering… which sometimes causes more stress and suffering! In this workshop we’ll explore how leaning into the experience and being right where we are can lead to a release.

Understanding Anxiety & Depression: A Trauma-Informed Lens
31% of adults experience anxiety and 9.5% experience depression each year. In this workshop, we’ll move beyond a clinical/disease model of anxiety and depression to a more holistic understanding of the adaptive nature of anxious and depressive symptoms. Learn how trauma and what happened TO you can dramatically affect how you experience life.

Getting to Know Emotions: A Deeper Look
Anger, Joy, Sadness, Excitement, Fear, Disgust, Sexual Excitement - these seven “core” emotions are always in the background, running the show. Learn how they interact with Anxiety and our Parts (Defenses) that attempt to control them and keep us moving forward. Contrary to popular belief, compartmentalizing emotions and the experiences that cause them only leads to greater pain and suffering. In this workshop we’ll explore emotions, create a map of our internal experience, and leave with greater awareness to our internal processing system.
